Learn What to Expect From Your Inspection

Vigilant Home Inspections, LLC utilizes a thorough, multi-point checklist for the inspection process. I will explain the overall, general condition of the home and its systems to you, and your agent if you desire, after the inspection is complete – passing along maintenance items, recommendations for your consideration in correcting and taking care to point out any defects or safety issues that were found. In addition, I will compile a comprehensive modern report, delivered online via HTML, or in PDF format, documenting all of my findings. My reports include images, references and intimate details. This report will be available for you both in a desktop-friendly format and a mobile format, so that you can stay in-the-loop and check your report even when you’re on the go.
